About Me

Nick Clift started his career in Information Technology in 1981, progressed through the service department and relocated from Melbourne to Sydney in 1995 to take on the role of National Technical Support Manager for Unisys.  During this time in Sydney Nick decided with his wife Jeni to leave the corporate world and start their own IT Services Business.  The corporate path was just not going to deliver the freedom and life style that they wanted.   Roll forward 26 years, Nick has started 3 business’s, acquired 2 businesses and completed a merger to form Otto IT in 2021.

As a former owner and co-founder of Otto IT (formerly DWM Solutions), Nick was instrumental in its almost 20 years of operation and success. For DWM, the implementation of EOS in 2017 was a crucial turning point. EOS created straightforward accountability, a simple framework to measure targeted areas and instilled a culture of discipline throughout the organisation.

After seeing the impact of EOS in his business, and following a successful exit from Otto IT in 2022, Nick trained to become a Professional EOS Implementer to equip other entrepreneurs with the systems and tools for success.
