It is highly recommended to read the book ‘Get a Grip’ before starting this journey, as it outlines very clearly the process you will go through. Often the problem with implementation isn’t understanding the concepts but identifying the issues holding your team back. A trained EOS coach will help you make the right decisions to move ahead.
First Steps:

Initial discovery call
We’ll have a first call or meeting to understand if you are ready for EOS, and to see if there is a fit in terms of style and expectations.
02.
90 minute meeting
It you want to proceed, then you’ll either come to one of our 90-minute webinars or we will meet you and your team in person. In this meeting we’ll cover off what we do, get a good understanding of where you’re at, and we’ll share the tools we use and our process. At the end of this meeting if your team is happy to proceed then we’ll get things going. There is no cost to you for this meeting.
03.
Focus day
This is where it all really starts. This is a full day with your team where you learn the fundamental tools, make key decisions around core accountabilities and decide the big issues you want to tackle over the next 90 days.
04.
Vision building days
After this meeting you will meet with me as a group for two more full days before the end of the first quarter where we work on setting your long-term vision as well as the next quarter’s rocks.
05.
Quarterly pulsing™
After this meeting you will meet with me as a group for one full day every quarter. In these sessions we work on focus & Traction®, reviewing rocks, accountabilities and key issues. We also learn more of the EOS® tools from the EOS® toolbox.
06.
Annual planning
Once per year the leadership team meets with me, preferably off-site in a relaxing environment and we review the year that has been, work on team health and Traction®, setting ourselves up for success in the year ahead.
07.
EOS® graduation
The Entrepreneurial Operating System, is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that have helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. Once you have mastered the tools & process, you graduate from EOS Implementation. This generally takes between 18 months and 2 years.
Some teams continue to work with the their EOS Implementer, as they value the external facilitation, however this is your choice.
