As we head into another week, I take great pleasure in sharing my curated articles, tips & tools in a short read that will hopefully give you a few ‘aha’ moments as well as some laughter or joy. Most of all I hope it gives you pragmatic inspiration & helps you on your journey to doing what you love, with people you love, making a huge difference, being compensated appropriately with time to pursue other passions – #TheEOSLife.

Are you truly running on EOS?
I am so thrilled that all of my EOS clients are doing well in this current environment. It makes my heart sing to see them all 100% on the same page, laser-sharp focused on achieving their goals through Traction & working together as a cohesive team. And the stories I have been hearing this month have just been phenomenal.
“We’re about to hit our 12-month goal this month, with 4 months to spare!”
That’s the power of EOS & that’s how I know that it works.
And whilst I understand that some people want to self-implement, it’s been exciting to recently work with 2 companies that were self-implementing, or doing their version of EOS, and help them fully implement EOS into their company.
All of them agreed that they hadn’t really understood the power of the EOS tools & what it could do for their business.
You see the thing is, that even though we share all the EOS tools with anyone who is interested & we share them openly, explaining how & why they are used, it’s the Proven Process & how those tools are integrated into the business that is key. And you have to fully embrace the entire process, you can’t cherry-pick the things you want to use.
In this EOS blog, Ken Bogard talks about his experience of building a strong foundation with the 5 EOS foundational tools.
FUN FACT: Did you know that anyone can call themselves an EOS Implementer? But an EOS trained Implementer is not only called a Professional, Certified or Expert EOS Implementer, they also hold an EOS franchise or licence & are therefore monitored to ensure that they deliver EOS in the correct way. And did you know there’s only 2 of us based here in NZ? Vijay Nyayapati & myself?

Progress not Perfection!
If you wait until you’re perfect and everything in your life is perfect, life will pass you by.
We all dream of the a life where we love what we do, with people we love, where we make a significant difference in the world, get compensated appropriately & still have time to pursue other passions.
And I definitely work towards that every day.
However, just like the question, “How do you eat an elephant?” with the answer being “One bite at a time”, life is just like that.
With the launch of the new EOS life book, EOS worldwide has launched an EOS Life blog.

The Elephant in the room that we don’t mind!
For any of you that have worked with me, watched my podcast (yes, it’s on YouTube too, so you can watch a podcast!!) or just generally followed me anywhere on social media, you will know that I am a huge fan of uncovering the Elephant in the room. It always leads to great breakthroughs & results, although it can be a bit painful at the time.
So I am pleased to say that I have found an Elephant in the room that does not seem to create any pain at all.
It’s a range of wines called, “Elephant in the Room”.
There’s a Palatial Pinot Noir, a Jumbo Chardonnay, a Prodigious Pinot Gris & a Stupendous Shiraz, to name a few.
Ok, so they are Australian but they are surprisingly good. Especially the reds!
