As we head into another week, I take great pleasure in sharing my curated articles, tips & tools in a short read that will hopefully give you a few ‘aha’ moments as well as some laughter or joy. Most of all I hope it gives you pragmatic inspiration & helps you on your journey to doing what you love, with people you love, making a huge difference, being compensated appropriately with time to pursue other passions – #TheEOSLife.

Here’s this week’s business tip, life hack & find of the week… Some of them are original, most are things I have come across in my weekly pursuit of self-improvement & living a better life, through creating a better business. And don’t forget the inspirational quote, which you can download as a wallpaper or lock screen for your phone.

As always, if you find great things that you’d like to share then feel free to email me for inclusion in one of my weekly newsletters. I’m always looking for new & exciting things to share each week. And if you think someone else would like to receive the newsletter in their inbox, directly from my inbox (no newsletter apps used here!) then please let me know –

Are you truly running on EOS?

I am so thrilled that all of my EOS clients are doing well in this current environment. It makes my heart sing to see them all 100% on the same page, laser-sharp focused on achieving their goals through Traction & working together as a cohesive team. And the stories I have been hearing this month have just been phenomenal.

“We’re about to hit our 12-month goal this month, with 4 months to spare!”

That’s the power of EOS & that’s how I know that it works.

And whilst I understand that some people want to self-implement, it’s been exciting to recently work with 2 companies that were self-implementing, or doing their version of EOS, and help them fully implement EOS into their company.

All of them agreed that they hadn’t really understood the power of the EOS tools & what it could do for their business.

You see the thing is, that even though we share all the EOS tools with anyone who is interested & we share them openly, explaining how & why they are used, it’s the Proven Process & how those tools are integrated into the business that is key. And you have to fully embrace the entire process, you can’t cherry-pick the things you want to use.

In this EOS blog, Ken Bogard talks about his experience of building a strong foundation with the 5 EOS foundational tools.

FUN FACT: Did you know that anyone can call themselves an EOS Implementer? But an EOS trained Implementer is not only called a Professional, Certified or Expert EOS Implementer, they also hold an EOS franchise or licence & are therefore monitored to ensure that they deliver EOS in the correct way. And did you know there’s only 2 of us based here in NZ? Vijay Nyayapati & myself?

And with all of that above, I still believe doing even some of EOS is better than doing none, so if you’d like to see how EOS can help you & learn about the tools, then please do come along, as my guest, to one of our workshops with some great international speakers. It’s not a Sales event – we do live by our value of ‘HELP FIRST’ and we want you to start using EOS, whether you choose to work with one of us or not.

Progress not Perfection!

If you wait until you’re perfect and everything in your life is perfect, life will pass you by.

We all dream of the a life where we love what we do, with people we love, where we make a significant difference in the world, get compensated appropriately & still have time to pursue other passions.

And I definitely work towards that every day.

However, just like the question, “How do you eat an elephant?” with the answer being “One bite at a time”, life is just like that.

With the launch of the new EOS life book, EOS worldwide has launched an EOS Life blog.

It shares tips from the book with some really practical things that you can apply to take steps forward each day, so if you don’t want to read the book yet, can’t get your hands on it yet (Like me!) or you’ve read it & want some reminders, then visit the Blog:

The Elephant in the room that we don’t mind!

For any of you that have worked with me, watched my podcast (yes, it’s on YouTube too, so you can watch a podcast!!) or just generally followed me anywhere on social media, you will know that I am a huge fan of uncovering the Elephant in the room. It always leads to great breakthroughs & results, although it can be a bit painful at the time.

So I am pleased to say that I have found an Elephant in the room that does not seem to create any pain at all.

It’s a range of wines called, “Elephant in the Room”.

There’s a Palatial Pinot Noir, a Jumbo Chardonnay, a Prodigious Pinot Gris & a Stupendous Shiraz, to name a few.

Ok, so they are Australian but they are surprisingly good. Especially the reds!

The theme of elephants just continues to get stronger… Get inspired!

“They say an elephant never forgets. Well, you are not an elephant. Take notes, constantly. Save interesting thoughts, quotations, films, technologies… the medium doesn’t matter, so long as it inspires you.” –  Aaron Koblin

You can download this a wallpaper or lock screen for your phone.

If you’d like to learn more about any of these tools or would like to find out how I can help you achieve a better life through creating a better business, then book a free Discovery Call with me.

We’ll talk about what you want to get from your business & your life & come up with a plan to do that!
