Do you need an Integrator, an Implementer or both?
Even I sometimes do it – I slip up when using the phrase Integrator or Implementer.
They sound similar but they’re actually very different.
As an implementer my role is to help people implement the system. I play 3 roles – The Teacher, The Facilitator & The Coach.
The Integrator owns the Operating System in the business.
To get the best results from EOS, you need both.

We don’t think about this, but this is pretty much all we do.
Making good decisions is great but, making stupid decisions can really sting, especially in business. And speaking from experience, even smart people can make stupid decisions!

Travel from your lounge
Steve & I are avid travellers… Well, we used to be! Covid has put an end to that for the time being.
However, the last few weeks have been busy for Steve & I & even though we did a trip to Germany last week, we still felt like we really needed another holiday.
So, last week, Steve & I went on a quick tour of Egypt last night – can’t wait until we can recreate these photos in real-life ✈️ 🧳 📷
We used a platform called HeyGo, where guides take you on a real-time journey & you can ask them questions & take postcard shots like this.
They have guides all over the world, so settle into your armchair with a nice platter & some wine & off you go!
