83 Ways to Improve Your Life with One Simple Tool – The Journal!
The benefits of journaling are well documented. Just googling it you can see many articles & up to 83 benefits listed.
The Huffington Post nails the Top 10 nicely here, with my 3 favourites being achieving goals, strengthening self-discipline & boosting memory & comprehension
However if you’re anything like me then you’ll find starting with a blank piece of paper is really hard.
And trying to maintain a habit can be even harder.

I first started using this a couple of years ago. What I liked about it was the structure & the simplicity of it – just a few things to write each morning & each evening.

Launch your old whiteboards into the digital future with Rocketbook Beacons!
For those of you who have worked with me you will know that I LOVE whiteboards. My entire workshop space is filled with good, old fashioned whiteboards.
However, I also like to store everything in the cloud. In the past I used to photograph my whiteboard sessions with clients & then have it typed up.
Then I found these Rocketbook Beacons on Kickstarter.
A really simple idea – you place the 4 orange beacons around the edge of a whiteboard & you photograph it with their app.
It then uses OCR to recognise & translate the text & you can send it to your email or any of your cloud-based apps – Evernote, Dropbox, Onedrive etc.
It’s an electronic whiteboard without the cost, plus they’re portable so you can take them with you & use them on any whiteboard – great for when I am travelling, teaching EOS around NZ!
