As we head into another week, I take great pleasure in sharing my curated articles, tips & tools in a short read that will hopefully give you a few ‘aha’ moments as well as some laughter or joy. Most of all I hope it gives you pragmatic inspiration & helps you on your journey to doing what you love, with people you love, making a huge difference, being compensated appropriately with time to pursue other passions – #TheEOSLife.

Here’s this week’s business tip, life hack & find of the week… Some of them are original, most are things I have come across in my weekly pursuit of self-improvement & living a better life, through creating a better business. And don’t forget the inspirational quote, which you can download as a wallpaper or lock screen for your phone.

As always, if you find great things that you’d like to share then feel free to email me for inclusion in one of my weekly newsletters. I’m always looking for new & exciting things to share each week. And if you think someone else would like to receive the newsletter in their inbox, directly from my inbox (no newsletter apps used here!) then please let me know –

 Rock your priorities!

Just like the author of this blog, my EOS clients also complain about the ‘extra work’ that they have to do, on top of all the business as usual.

The problem is that the ‘busy’ work doesn’t move the company forward & that’s what’s important for you as a leader.

Rocks are the things that have the most impact & we need to make time for them. Just as I am doing with my book reading & research… But how do you do that?

I died today…

That is the title of this blog post from Jim.

I’m not friends with Jim, but after reading this blog post, I wish I had been.

It sounds like he was an amazing man & he had the purpose of life sorted.

As Steven Covey says in ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ – Start with the end in mind.

If we can be clear about what we want, then we can create the life that fulfils this.

The blog post had me in tears, but it also has a great message – “How do you normalise death and disease so people can be more comfortable with the process and the person?”

Jim shared his journey through his blog.

And it ended with…

“I died today. But I fucking lived fully each and every day.
And that’s what counts.
Love Jim”

That’s the last post I would like to have when it comes to my turn 💖

Plan your life!

The EOS life book is a great book to read, but it’s also best accompanied by the EOS Life Journal & Planner.
