2023 – The year for simplicity?

Since the pandemic, time seems to be flying even faster than before – today, I have dug into the archives and want to share an article I wrote 18 months ago. Every word is true, and now is a great time to reassess your 2023 goals and prepare yourself for the best possible start to the new year.

As we close out the year and reflect on what a whirlwind 2022 has been, this article provides 6 steps to help you simplify your leadership approach to ensure you are raising your excellence overall. These steps include:

  • Streamlining your company visions
  • Your people
  • Your data
  • Your Corporate issues
  • Your processes
  • Your Traction

Why complicate matters when simplifying them can bring better results? So, plan now to make your move into 2023 effective from the get-go.

Ready for more resilience

If I had to sum up 2022 in one word, it would be resilience.

Going from the world completely changing and finding our feet in the new norm to almost feeling like we are back to pre-pandemic times but also knowing that we don’t know what is ahead for us – the 2022 whiplash has been in full force.

Being able to overcome and adapt to the challenges life has thrown us, learning to be flexible in both personal and professional demands and understanding that sometimes it is okay not to be okay.

I have grown exponentially in emotional resilience, but there are multiple aspects of resilience.

In 2023, my focus will remain on self-care to help me be the best leader I can be.

Which of the 5 areas will you be focusing on?
