Is your grip tight enough?

We hear the words Focus, Transparency, Accountability and Commitment a lot in the business world. But are we hearing them too much? Are we taking a step back to ensure that our business still has an emphasis on what they mean and how to utilise them to help our long-term growth and success? The EOS tools are invaluable to any business at any stage you may be in – Not only can it help to clarify your goals and direction in the beginning phases, but it helps redefine where you have been and where you wish to go to help achieve the purpose you set out for. This article is a great example of how to get your business back on track based on the incredible knowledge of Gino Wickman and his book ‘Get a Grip’.

Jingle all the way to the boardroom.

Christmas is known as the time to celebrate with families and loved ones. The time to put any drama behind you and enjoy the time off and good food. Suppose you are lucky enough to work in a family business year-round and are looking for a system or process to help ensure that the family issues don’t affect your personal life too. In that case, EOS is the best Christmas gift for you and your business! I don’t condone business talk around the dinner table, but I recommend you discuss the Accountability chart, the V/TO or the Rule of the Game tools around the boardroom table. You have just under a month to get research the above EOS Systems and into the boardroom with your family – I suggest you start the search here –

Hassle-free Christmas tree!

It doesn’t matter where you look. The Christmas spirit is well and truly everywhere! We all know someone who put their tree up in mid-November. However, if you are slightly less organised or like to stick to the December-only Rule like me, check out this amazing Christmas tree concept. We like to think fake trees are less hassle, but come to the end of December, trying to put that thing back into its box with all the ornaments is an absolute nightmare and let’s not mention where to store it for the next 11 months. The Christmas tree company solves all these issues, plus you get that delicious smell of natural pine each time you walk into the room. Furthermore, the Christmas tree company will deliver a freshly cut tree and pick it up from you at the end of the festive season. It couldn’t get much easier during this busy time of the year!
