As we head into another week, I take great pleasure in sharing my curated articles, tips & tools in a short read that will hopefully give you a few ‘aha’ moments as well as some laughter or joy. My Favourite EOS Tool
This is what I hear from so many of my clients. It’s the Level 10 Meeting!
They don’t like it in the beginning, but by the time we get to our 3rd session, it’s almost always the thing that is ‘working’ in the business.
If you aren’t familiar with it, then take a look at this video:
And if you already love it, don’t be mean – share it.
Start using it with your Suppliers & Partners. Give them rocks & a scorecard. They too might resist in the beginning, but I guarantee that not only will they love it, but you’ll get better results with them too.
