As we head into another week, I take great pleasure in sharing my curated articles, tips & tools in a short read that will hopefully give you a few ‘aha’ moments as well as some laughter or joy. Most of all I hope it gives you pragmatic inspiration & helps you on your journey to doing what you love, with people you love, making a huge difference, being compensated appropriately with time to pursue other passions – #TheEOSLife.
Here’s this week’s business tip, life hack & find of the week… Some of them are original, most are things I have come across in my weekly pursuit of self-improvement & living a better life, through creating a better business. How do you revitalise a stagnant business?
Vincent Tricarico is a member of Forbes Business Development Council and EVP for Twinlab Consolidated Corporation & NutraScience Labs.
In this Forbes article, Vincent describes his journey with EOS. In 2012 he stepped in as COO of Nutricap Labs – a company that was struggling with low morale & stagnant performance.
As the implementer at his previous company, his step was to identify who could & should participate in the EOS process.
With his experience, he led the team through the process of creating a vision, utilising key data & implementing processes to establish a stronger foundation for the company to operate.
It created a united, healthy team where accountabilities were clear & everyone had laser-sharp focus – Vincent firmly believes that EOS saved the company. To this day, Nutricap Labs uses & thrives on this system.

An entry-level sales administrative assistant named Dana Roveto had joined the company nearly 10 years ago & they quickly realised Dana brought several skills essential to the business.
She was quickly promoted through the ranks of the organisation, eventually becoming the Vice President of Operations. EOS tools like the People Analyser & GWC helped the leadership team see Dana’s potential so she could be mobilised to the right seat.

Are your core processes followed by all?
