As we head into another week, I take great pleasure in sharing my curated articles, tips & tools in a short read that will hopefully give you a few ‘aha’ moments as well as some laughter or joy. Most of all I hope it gives you pragmatic inspiration & helps you on your journey to doing what you love, with people you love, making a huge difference, being compensated appropriately with time to pursue other passions – #TheEOSLife.

Mind that GAP!
Are you a manager with a team of YES (wo)men?

What a little gem
I have just now thought about owning my own carpet spot cleaner.
BECAUSE doggy # 2, Hermes, deposited a little gift on the carpet at work today – of course, it had to have happened WHILE WE WERE EATING.
I am seriously pleased that my Dad left me one of these!
The little carpet cleaner lightly scrubbed, washed and vacuumed, gently removing ALL the residuals quickly and cleanly. All it took was to lift the solids, then run the brush/wash/ vac nozzle over the spot with mild detergent and water in the tank. ET VOILA!
A quick and straightforward solution to a yucky problem. Thanks to the little Bissell Spot Clean. I even enjoyed using it!

Appreciation at the HEART of business.
I got to speak with Steve Buzogany, sales expert and the owner of ‘Appreciation Advocate’, about why expressing appreciation in a business context can become one of the most effective tools in your sales and marketing plan. From a background in real estate, Steve spotted a gap in the market which inspired him to develop his business.
He tells me how an effective and timely gifting plan can open doors and lead to loyal staff or a customer base who feel appreciated and understood.
He even gives you free access to his gifting course. It certainly changed my perspective on appreciation & gifting.
