The Mastermind Group meets once per month for a half day over 6 months. These sessions are facilitated by Debra Chantry-Taylor, Professional EOS Implementer, who will introduce you to this proven system for getting what you want out of your business.

The facilitated peer-to-peer sessions, with a maximum of 10 motivated business owners (& their right hand person, if they choose), will consist of teaching & discussion around implementing an operating system into your business, with homework set for the time in between meetings.

As Entrepreneurs, we all have a vision, however often this exists only in our head. In these sessions, we will get clear on what that vision is & get it onto a simple 2 page plan, so that everyone is on the same page around:

What our long-term goal is?
What we do?
For whom?
What the future looks & feels like?
What is the plan for us to get there?

And more importantly they’ll know the role they play in helping the company get to this Vision.
